GSC has successfully exited the authorisations of a 2.7 MWp photovoltaic project in Bassano Bresciano, fully developed by GSC Capital’s engineering team.
GSC managed all development phases of the process in-house: site identification, commercial negotiation, grid connection request at e-distribuzione, project design, and authorization were executed by the internal team, completing the operation within 6 months.
The project was sold at a ready-to-build stage to SIME Partecipazioni S.p.A., a leading utility in the Lombardy region that has already started the construction of the project.
This exit reflects GSC’s ability to originate, design, and de-risk infrastructure projects that contribute to the energy transition and attract long-term industrial partners.
