GSC Development

develops photovoltaic plants in Northern Italy partly for its own balance sheet and partly for selected co-investors. Due to the group’s decade-long background in agriculture, GSC Development has a pioneering position in the development of Agri-PV plants.

The group possesses land areas all over Northern Italy and expands its land portfolio by securing additional agricultural areas. Depending on the suitability of the land areas, GSC Development’s internal engineering team starts the development of further renewable energy plants. Through the family business Gebr. Clementi, GSC has access to a vast network of agricultural companies for structuring and maintaining the cultivation of the agrivoltaic land areas.
