Portfolio Strategy

Thanks to the group’s decade-long background in the agricultural sector, GSC Development pioneers in agri & photovoltaic plant Development in Northern Italy, partly for its own balance sheet and partly for selected co-investors.
The group owns land throughout Northern Italy and continues to expand its portfolio by securing additional agricultural areas. Depending on land suitability, GSC Development’s in-house engineering team initiates the development of further renewable energy plants.
Through the family-owned company Gebr. Clementi, GSC has access to a vast network of agricultural enterprises to structure and maintain the cultivation of agri-photovoltaic areas.
