We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the development phase for 32 MWp of Agri-Photovoltaic projects — fully managed and executed in-house by GSC Development in close corporation with agronomists for the agricultural design.
These Agri-PV projects combine renewable energy generation with agricultural land use, ensuring dual-use sustainable value creation.
Projects developed:
- 2.0 MWp in Nonantola
- 9.7 MWp in Rio Saliceto
- 9.8 MWp in Medicina
- 9.8 MWp in Budrio
The projects will be constructed for the balance sheet of our group.
We are excited to continue this path and look forward to finalizing an additional 150 MWp of Agri-PV projects from early-stage development through permitting and design in the upcoming five years.
