Thomas Clementi

Group CEO & Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of GSC, Thomas Clementi leads all the investment decisions of the group and is the driving force behind the group’s expansion.

Prior to starting his entrepreneurial career, Thomas was part of the private equity team at Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. He holds a double Master’s degree: an M.Sc. in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and an M.Sc. CEMS Master from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Having lived in four countries, Thomas brings a diverse, global perspective to his work and is fluent in German, Italian, and English. In his free time, he enjoys sports, international politics, and classical music.

Antonio Vecchiato

Antonio Vecchiato

COO & Head of Engineering

Antonio Vecchiato leads GSC’s development operations as Head of Engineering, bringing over 20 years of experience in infrastructure development within EPC contractors, public entities, and PE-backed developers.
Prior to joining GSC, he served as Technical Director at a leading EPC and engineering company.

Antonio holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Padua and a Master in Project Management. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Theresa Reichert

Theresa Reichart

Chief Financial Officer

Theresa Reichart has been part of GSC Group since 2021 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In her role, she focuses primarily on the Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting of GSC Group.
Additionally, Theresa is responsible for deal valuation, analysis, and structuring in both the Industrial Equity and Development Division. She previously gained experience as a Managing Partner Associate and Project Manager within the group.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has also studied at Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Daniel Corrazza

Daniel Corazza

Land Development Manager

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from MCI Innsbruck Daniel is responsible for the identification of suitable land areas and the subsequent conclusion of contracts with landowners.
He also supports the technical team in the approval process for ongoing projects.
Lorenzo Nardelloto

Lorenzo Nardelloto

Investment Analyst

Lorenzo, coming from a management consulting background, is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and supporting the Management Team.
He holds a Bachelors degree from Università Bocconi and a Masters degree from ESCP Business School.
Luis Clementi

Luis Clementi

Head of Agriculture / Advisory Board Member

Luis Clementi leads GSC’s agriculture arm. Due to his position as CEO of Gala Team he has a strong 30-year track record in developing agricultural projects for governments and leading agricultural investors.
In total, Luis developed more than 50,000 hectares of agricultural land in Italy and abroad.
Massimiliano Savio

Massimiliano Savio

Project & Permitting Manager

Massimiliano Savio as GSC’s Project & Permitting Manager on the one hand oversees permit requests for ongoing infrastructure development projects ...

and on the other hand supervises the operations and maintenance of the group’s portfolio of operational power plants.
He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Padova.

Andrea Cazzin

Andrea Cazzin

Project Manager

Andrea Cazzin is GSC’s Technical Designer who has more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
He is responsible for the project designs and graphic drawings and in addition supports the identification and contracting of new land areas. Andrea holds a Diploma di Geometra from E.T.A.

Board President

Fulvio Cavalleri is an attorney with significant experience in M&A transactions involving mid-cap companies and infrastructure deals.
He has worked on transactions with many well-known Italian entrepreneurs and serves as a legal advisor for GSC Group.
Giuseppe Gaspari

Giuseppe Gaspari

Vice President of the Board

Giuseppe Gaspari is an Italian entrepreneur that has built several businesses from scratch and partly exited them to strategic players and funds.
He currently invests with GSC in the co-development of solar-PV plants in Northern Italy.
Stefan Larcher

Stefan Larcher

Advisory Board Member

Stefan Larcher is an experienced investor and entrepreneur who guides GSC’s investment decisions.
His 20-years M&A background at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank provides him with exceptional strategic skills which he uses to ongoingly support GSC’S portfolio companies with strategic advice. He holds an MBA at Sloan School of Management M.I.T.
